when i put the online icon..it shows but then when i have it the pictures of my friends doesnt show..why is that?? and also how do i put a picture (e.g. a poster) under my movie section? THanks a bunch!!

Because the code is for online icon. You can put your own custom picture, but you need to make it icon size.

You upload your picture to an image hosting website, i.e. http://hostgif.com, photobucket, imageshack, or my gallery, then get the code to paste in your movie section.
