Techy Lines tutorial???

Hi everyone... do anyone knows about this Techy Lines tutorial ??? plz help me... thnxx... and can someone teach me about the photo effect in ADOBE PHOTOSHOP??

Step 1: Open a new document and make it 400x400px, make the bg black.

Step 2: go up to Filter > Render > Fibers. use my settings.



Step 3: Duplicate the layer and go to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical. put the blending mode on lighten adn merge layers.



Step 4: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter > Artistic > Plastic wrap.



Put the Blending mode on Overlay and merge layers.



Step 5: Duplicate the layer and hit CTRL+ALT+U.



Put the blending mode on Multiply and merge layers.



Step 6: Duplicate the layer one more time and go up to FIlter > Blur > Smart blur. use my settings.
