what OS????
first thing u have to check and to do now is to clean ur cookies inside the internet folder and temp. or use a prog which automatically cleans like ccleaner etc etc.
then check your browser and use the default settings that may blocked you guys. and for more errors and still having the same prob, just tell me. for more pc prob you can pm me and ask my site.

well my suggestion is open up your windows firewall and turned it off, and for the exceptions add port,to find your port of number and protocol consult the documentation for the program or service that you want to use. windows firewall is blocking incoming network connections, adding exceptions allows some programs to work better but might increase your security risk.
