Help with video

I was wondering if there was any way to put up one's own video? I wanted to put a video I have on MySpace but I do not know how or if there is a code. I have it on a site where only certain people can view it for now but I want to put it on my MySpace. Can anyone please help me?

You can view source code, but one of easier solution is

Go to http://nackvision.com/htmleditor/
Go to your video page and move your mouse to select the video (Select some text along with is fine)
Paste it in htmleditor (You might see anything)
Click on "HTML" (next to "Design" bottom right) you will see the code of the video.
Copy the code and paste it in your MySpace
