GIF hmm what do you mean pre made or you want to make your own, GIF are litle bit complicated to make but you can try the sites that they have given above, but if you want to make and learn how do do it your self try to learn Adobe Image Ready for editing GIF of your own

Image ready is the software needed to create GIF, you can read here in nack some threads teaching how to create GIF but you have to learn first what GIF are for so I there suggest you to go to some tutorials sites and read the selection for Adobe image ready as well as photoshop in this sites providedhttp://www.pixel2life.com , http://www.greycobra.com or better read this thread this is one example of Adobe image ready can do and my signature below http://www.nackvision.com/talk/showthread.php?t=1796
