Cropping or editing an image its easier for me using photoimpression but since ur looking for an adobe tutorial...Read it here it will help u how to crop an image and placing it n the background of ur choice .... http://www.my-photoshop.com/bydesign.../bgchange.html

http://www.pixel2life.com or http://www.photoshoplover.com its alot of work if your want to learn those things bro I suggest you used some programs just for image cut out or cropping if you want hassle free cropping htere thoe included in the cds of webcams if you have them.
