Lines around comments and surveys

I tryed to paste the code for lines& surveys after everything and it didn't work i must not be doing something right? maybe im not pasting the code in the right spot after each section in About me its at the end of each thing in about me??

the VERY END of "Who I'd like to meet" or in any section where you would like to add a extra box.
