Lines around comments and surveys

What are the codes to generate lines or borders around each comment and survey's?

does anyone have this code please!

It looks simple enough....see how all the comments are in boxes....I guess you can format the boxes in whatever colors. Sometimes people put the boxes around their survey's too....I just can't find one right now. Sorry....I'm new to this..

Oh, I see. the original format comes with boxes. If you don't have one put this code at the end of everything in "About me". You can change the color

My bad, I forgot to close my html tag... yeah, put the code starting from style in the "About me" after everything.
