Painting Effect
Open an image which you want to convert to a painting.  Step 2  Click on Filter>Brush Stroke>Spatter. The Spatter window will open. (Below right is a snapshot, just a part of the Spatter window with the properties) You can give the same values.  Step 3 Next click on Filter>Blur>Blur. Step 4 thats it! ^_^ hehehe
