Need help with a code

I've seen on pages where there is a banner and it will say something like "see pics (Click here)" and if u click on it, it will capture your photo thats on your profile and will have a message. I was just wondering where they get that from or the code for it?? It's like a sneaky box and u don't know what it is unless u click on it. Thank u!

U mean 1 of those that when u click on it, it takes u 2 a site where u have click ok on a popout window a whole mess of times untill u get 2 the end??if it is then just post it here and ill tell u the site
